BIC Vancouver 2026 — The Power of a Woman: Where Ambition Meets Legacy brought together women across generations, industries, and lived experiences for a day of meaningful conversations, learning, connection, and community. Through powerful keynotes, panels, workshops, and shared experiences, we explored what it means to pursue ambition while creating impact beyond ourselves. It celebrated women using their voices, ideas, leadership, and experiences to open doors, build boldly, and leave a legacy for those coming next.
BIC Vancouver 2024.
BIC Vancouver 2024 — Inspire & Reaffirm brought women together to reconnect with their purpose, celebrate their journeys, and draw inspiration from others' stories and experiences. Alongside the main conference, our Girlhood Conference: Where Girls Rise, Lead, and Break Boundaries created a dedicated space for girls ages 12–18 to build confidence, explore leadership, and imagine what is possible for their futures. Together, both experiences celebrated the power of women and girls at every stage of becoming.
BIC Vancouver 2023.
BIC Vancouver 2023 — Career & Wellness Conference brought women together for a day of learning, connection, empowerment, and personal and professional growth. The conference created space for women to nurture their ideas, learn from leaders across industries, and build meaningful connections with people who could champion and support their journeys. At its heart, BIC encouraged women to believe in their “mustard seed” ideas and gave them the community, knowledge, and confidence to take those ideas further.
