  • Access to the conference panels, talks, and networking + Breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and gift bags.

  • Attendee tickets are non-refundable. Ticket transfer requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be processed through August 19th.

    If BIC cancels an event for any reason, a full refund of the full ticket price will be issued to the registrant. BIC accepts no responsibility for covering travel, hotel, or other costs incurred by delegates and guests. Unless otherwise approved in writing.

  • No tickets will be sold at the door. Please bring your registration confirmation and student ID on the day of the conference.

  • Unfortunately, childcare is unavailable this year.

  • Odihi Community members can access the Bigger Ideas Conference video recordings after the event in our Odihi Community Space.

  • We heard you and got you. Access our template to submit to your learning and development team to reimburse your ticket.

  • Please reach out to our team via our contact form or email (bic@odihi.com) with any accessibility or special accommodation requests. We will work with you to find the best solution. 

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email us at bic@odihi.com. We aim to respond quickly—usually within two business days. Expect a slight delay in August and September, leading up to the conference.

  • Paid parking is available nearby, but we encourage using transit, Uber, or carpooling with friends. Available parking sites are available for download here.

  • The dress code throughout the event is business casual. We encourage all attendees to channel their fashion-forward personal style and wear what makes you feel beautiful and confident!

  • Odihi & BIC accepts no responsibility for covering travel, hotel, or other costs incurred by delegates and guests unless approved in writing.

  • Yes. Our Conference hotel partner for BIC 2026 is AZUR Hoteland we have a block booking on a first-come, first-served basis. More details on how to book are available via this link‍.

  • Yes, attendees will be photographed and/or videoed throughout the conference. By purchasing a ticket, the individual consents to being captured on photo and/or video for Odihi x Bigger Idea Conference™ purposes. Visit our Privacy Policy for more info.
