About the Partnership

Bigger Ideas Conference™ is a gathering built around the belief that bigger ideas can create brighter futures. Through honest conversations, lived experiences, and meaningful connections, we create intentional spaces where women can learn from one another, challenge the timelines and expectations placed upon them, and leave with greater confidence to pursue what comes next.

For our first international conference, Bigger Ideas Conference™ is proud to partner with Home Girls Unite, a community-led organization committed to creating spaces of belonging, opportunity, and empowerment for women and girls. Together, we are bringing our communities, experiences, and shared values to Oxford for There Is No Right Time: Rethinking Success, Age, and the Myth of Being Behind.

This partnership is about more than bringing people into a room. It is about what becomes possible when women intentionally create opportunity for other women. Through inspiring conversations, intergenerational perspectives, and genuine connection, we hope to create a day that reminds women there is no single timeline for success, education, ambition, or becoming who they want to be.

And we want the impact to extend beyond the conference itself. Funds raised through the event will support the bursary for women in STEM, in collaboration with Oxford Brookes University, with a particular focus on mature students and women who may otherwise face financial barriers to continuing their education.

So when you join us in Oxford, you are not simply attending a conference. You are helping another woman take her next step, too.

About Home Girls Unite

Home Girls Unite is a community-led organization built on the power of belonging, shared experience, and women supporting women. At its heart is the belief that when women and girls have spaces where they feel seen, heard, and supported, they can better imagine what is possible for themselves and take meaningful steps toward it. Through community, conversation, and access to opportunities, Home Girls Unite brings women together not simply to connect, but to learn from one another, share their experiences, and create pathways for others to move forward.

Access to the conference panels, talks, and networking, plus breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and a gift bag.
This is a donation-based fundraising event. Donations are non-refundable; however, we may consider ticket exchanges or transfers on a case-by-case basis until February 28, 2027. If BIC cancels the conference, registrants will receive a full refund.
No sign-up will be available at the door. Please bring your registration confirmation on the day of the conference.
Unfortunately, childcare is unavailable this year.
Odihi Community members can access the Bigger Ideas Conference video recordings after the event in our Odihi Community Space. Join us there for replays when they become available.
We heard you and got you. Use our template to submit a Support & Attendance Request to your learning and development team, where applicable.

Paid parking is available nearby, but we encourage you to use transit, Uber, or carpool with friends.
The dress code throughout the event is business casual. We encourage all attendees to channel their fashion-forward personal style and wear what makes you feel beautiful, comfortable, and confident!
Odihi, BIC, and HGU BIC are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred while attending the event.
At this time, we do not have any hotel partners for the conference. But we are happy to recommend a hotel option if needed; please email us or use the contact form to get in touch.

By registering for a ticket and attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in event photography or video used for Odihi, BIC, and HGU communications, storytelling, sponsors/partners reports, and promotional purposes.
